Sofía is a political scientist with a PhD in Public Affairs and Public Policy from Portland State University, where she focused on creating a data governance framework for the U.S. agriculture sector. She has worked on collaborative projects in the U.S. and internationally, including with USAID in Vietnam, and specializes in data governance. Sofía enjoys building connections and creating inclusive and meaningful solutions.
